its been awhile since i've taken time to sit down and contemplate on a computer... often this occurs at home, while i'm sitting in my bed with a journal and am able to see my breath cuz its that cold in our flat... but i still like it... winter in scotland...
my sister erica is over visiting... its a bit strange, because she is a part of my life that has been absent for 5+ years or so... we've both changed a lot... in good ways... we haven't really talked in a long time, didn't hang out much last xmas... its been really good... we are a lot more alike than i would have ever expected...
we had haggis, neeps, and tatties... hello scotland :)
if anything, she has reminded me that no matter what happens, we're still family...
and now i officially have another degree... what a world this is...

it has been so long and i am sorry that i have not replied to your last couple of comments. family is amazing isn't it? but i think you and i have had that conversation before.
i like to sleep in cold rooms as well, although maybe not to the point of seeing my breath.
will you be stateside at all for the upcoming holiday season?
